Where can I get VMs?

The developers of UTM created some prebuilts for us which you can check out here: https://mac.getutm.app/gallery.

Additionally, conath in the UTM support Discord has created this ISO of Windows 10 ARM which you can get here.

If you want to get a fresh, up to date version of Windows 10, I recommend visiting the UUP Generation Project, you can use it to create ISOs of pretty much any version of Windows 10, including ARM64.
